Scuba Diving Computers
Diving computers or decompression meter is a device used to measure the time and depth of a dive so that a safe ascent profile can be calculated and displayed so that you can advertently avoid decompression sickness. Dive computers as like decompression tables, are able to perform a continuous calculation of the partial pressure of gases in the body based on the actual depth and time profile of the diver.
As the dive computer measures depth and time accordingly, it is able to provide warning of excessive ascent rates and missed decompression stops. And so the diver doesn’t need to carry an additional dive watch and depth gauge. Most dive computers also provide further information including air and water temperatures, data on oxygen toxicity, a computer compatible dive log, and pressure of any remaining breathing gas in your diving cylinder.
We have a range of diving computers, equipment and accessories from a number of top diving brands Including; Apeks, Mares, Scubapro, Sub Gear, Suunto and Uwatec.
