Card Payments are taken via SagePay or PayPal on secure servers, and your invoice and returns slip is included in your package.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer Free Delivery on Dive products to UK mainland over £40. Free Delivery does not apply to all Special Offers and Packages. There is also a maximum weight allowance of 3kg. Delivery over 3kg will be charged at normal rates.
Free delivery is available to UK mainland only. Terms and conditions apply to islands, Scottish isles and highlands. Scottish highlands and islands deliveries will be free if they weigh under 2kg.
Free delivery does not apply to any addresses outside the UK.
How to Shop
Ordering from Deep Blue Dive couldn't be easier:
- Browse our catalogue via the search box, drop down menus or the refined search on any category page. Once you find something you like, just click on the text or image which will take you to the product page.
- Take a closer look at a product by hovering your mouse over the image to enlarge it or clicking on the other thumbnails for a full screen image and different views.
- When you are ready to buy, choose your size and/or colour and click ‘add to cart’.
- Once you are finished shopping, click on checkout on the right hand side to proceed to the checkout.
- In your shopping bag, you can make any changes to your order and update your cart. If you have a promotional code, enter it here and get a shipping quote.
- Click on proceed to checkout to continue to shipping options.
- Fill in your details, picking a shipping option and payment method, accept the terms and conditions and place your order to pay.
- After any third party payment authorisation has been successful, you will receive a confirmation page with your order number. We will email you with all the details or your order which you should retain for any tracking or returns.
- From here, we will process, pick and pack your order and ship it to your address via one of our couriers.
To track your order, you'll need the tracking number that we sent to you in your despatch email, if you picked tracked delivery.
- If your delivery was via Royal Mail, visit the Track and Trace website and enter your tracking number.
- If your delivery was via DPD, visit the DPD Tracking website and enter your tracking number.
If you have lost your tracking number, simply log in to your account, select the order, and click on the 'tracking number' link under the order summary box.

Returns and Exchanges
We guarantee to refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.

Price Match Guarantee
We will happily try and match that price providing the product we are matching is being sold from a UK based business (not a sole trader) with available stock ready for delivery within 48 hours. Unfortunately, we can not price match online or mail-order only retailers such as Amazon, eBay and Play.com, as well as other retailers who are offering a cheaper product under a promotional offer. We reserve the right to withdraw this at anytime without prior notification, and we (Deep Blue Sports) must be able to verify the validity of the offer.
If your item qualifies for our price match guarantee, please note that it will be exempt from any free delivery and postage offers. You will be required to pay for one of the given postage options.
Please note, the Price Match Guarantee is exempt from any promotional offers such as Discounted Offers, Daily Deals, Weekend and Weekly Deals and any other discounts from time to time. Please ask for further details.
