SwimNE combine a friendly atmosphere with professional instruction to build confidence in all our swimmers.
The SwimNE team are firm believers of "making swimming lessons fun and memorable" . Using the ASA National plan for teaching swimming alongside our partnership with Nemo Swimming, we are able to offer a full pathway through swimming from pushchair to podium!
SwimNE aim to deliver high quality and fun swimming lessons. Since their start in 2006 at Kenton School Pool, SwimNE has grown to tech a large number of swimmers each week. Although the numbers have grown, persona service to swimmers and their parents is SwimNE's priority. They are committed to providing the best possible teaching environment, so that both teachers and swimmers can enjoy their time in the water.
At SwimNE, they believe in fun swimming lessons. If you lose the fun, you will lose the interest, and then long term this will affect the swimmer's progression. Phillip Groom and his little sister Jill Groom launched SwimNE in 2006:
"As ex-competitive swimmers, we got so much enjoyment and satisfaction from swimming. We aim to pass on our experience to everyone we tach regardless of age, so they too can enjoy swimming! Whether it be swimming competitively or socially, it doesn't matter, as they are both equally important and enjoyable."
