The MK2 EVO is the only downstream piston-style first stage with internal components specifically designed to resist freezing in extreme cold water conditions. So you can expect top-notch breathing performance whether you're reef diving the Caribbean or wreck diving the Great Lakes. This first stage is made from a chrome plated brass body, it consist of four low pressure port and one high pressure port. It is suitable for warm and moderate water temperatures
MK2 Evo First Stage
- Extended Thermal Insulating System (XTIS) - The MK2 has XTIS with mechanism fully insulated from the environment , increasing freezing resistance by 50%.
- Classic Downstream - The MK2 first stage has a classic downstream design which features a chrome-plated brass body with one high pressure and four low pressure ports.
- Larger Piston - The larger piston provides better breathing performance and sensitivity, yet the overall body size, reduced by 3.5mm, results in a more compact first stage.
- Removable Orifice - The removable orifice allows easier maintenance and longer regulator life.
- Chrome Plated Brass Body - The MK2 is chrome plated to provide robustness and excellent resistance to corrosion, making it last for all your diving expeditions.
- External Intermediate Pressure - The external intermediate pressure allows adjustments to be enabled by technicians to fine-tune performance quickly and easily.
- Four Low Pressure Ports & Two High Pressure Ports - The MK2 has four low pressure ports on swivel turret and two high pressure ports. These ports maximise air delivery and hose routing options.

All orders placed before 3pm will be shipped on the day of ordering subject to payment authorization and item availability. Any items which are out of stock will be shipped as soon as they become available. If this causes a delay in your delivery, you will be notified and your order dispatched as soon as possible. If any items are unavailable, you will be contacted and offered a replacement or refund. UK DeliveryIf your order total is under £45 then you can choose one of the following options. Please take note of the availability on the product page and your confirmation email - if the availability is not 'In Stock' then the order will be shipped according to your delivery preference once it arrives into stock. For example if the availability is 'Ships in 3-5 Days' because it isn't in stock and has to come from Italy, and you've chosen 'DPD Next Day Delivery' then the item will take 3-5 working days and then be shipped on a next day delivery.

Non-UK DeliveryOur website has a comprehensive postage system which takes into account the weight of your delivery and the destination address - to get a quote for your order please add the products you'd like to buy to your basket, go to the basket page and fill in the "Estimate Shipping & Tax" section to get the price. BFPO AddressesThis shipping method is available for British Forces Posted Overseas and addresses only. Shipping is as with all other UK mailing but please check to see that the size and weight of your order does not exceed maximums for your BFPO destination number by checking with the BFPO website. Please note that once we have shipped the item and handed over to the BFPO service we have fulfilled our contract and delivery responsibility. All queries and problems with delivery must be taken up by yourself with BFPO and any claims must be handled between yourself and them. Restricted ProductsPlease be aware that some products have restrictions on which countries we can send them to. Please enquire ahead of time if you require an order dispatched outside the EU and we can advise. VAT ExemptIf this applies to you, the price you will pay for the goods will automatically be adjusted to remove the VAT element - you MUST choose the correct country on checkout for this to apply. BACKORDER STOCKWe stock the vast majority of products listed on our website in our Whitley Bay superstore and warehouse and these products are available for same day dispatch & next day delivery. Due to the huge quantity of products we stock, we offer the ability to backorder products which have gone out of stock and less popular products which we don't carry stock of. Depending on the brand these backorder products can take anywhere between 1 and 10 days to arrive into stock. We estimate 3-5 working days on average but please be aware that products from Mares and Scubapro are shipped from Italy & Germany respectively so can take a little longer. As always if you aren't sure or want a more accurate estimate just give our team a call or email! RETURNSYou can return any product that is in an UNOPENED, RE-SALEABLE condition within 30 days as long as it is not marked as clearance. Please contact us before doing this so we can confirm this ahead of time - we recommend using a recorded delivery service for any returns as you will be responsible for ensuring it reaches us.
